How to perform crunching

1. Lie flat on the ground, Lift your legs at upright position at 90 degrees.
2.Place you hands below your head
3.Inhale deeply as far as you can and after that when you lift the torso off the ground then exhale.
4.Do it for ten minutes.
5.After that do two to three sets.
